Taiyou no Kisetsutells the story of a young college student, Tatsuya, out for revenge against the son of the man that ruined his father. While in the middle of his plan (ruined the boy's life, steal his girlfriend and friends, etc) he meets Eiko. Eiko is an

Title: Winter Sun
Song: Winter Sun by Dishwalla (edited)
Disclaimer: I do not own the song or the clips used. I just edited the clips.
Details: WMV file. 22.01 MB. 2:48 minutes.
Theme: A look at Tatsuya and Eiko. Both their relationship and the struggles they face alone.
WARNING: Spoilers for the whole series!
Vidder's Note: I chose to focus this video more on the struggles the pair go through, both together and alone. Somehow, I found they went through more when together then when
apart. But, they both taught each other a great deal. It still reminds me of a kdrama, it really does.
Link:MegauploadTree of Heaven is a Korean/Japanese drama about the love between two stepsiblings. Hana is a young, naive (so naive she's nearly stupid at times), and kind woman. Half-Korean, she's grown up in Japan with her mother, aunt and cousin. (Her father died when she was a child) During the winter of her final year of high school, Hana's mother returns home from South Korea with a new husband, and a new stepbrother for Hana. Twenty-year old Yoon Suh is an elective mute, co-dependent, nearly abusive young man who quicky falls in love with Hana. But, Hana wants to repress her feelings for Yoon Suh. She wants to try and fall in love with her senior Ryu, who also loves her. Because, Hana wants to keep her new family together. Yoon Suh runs away and Hana (now broke and in debt thanks to her gambling aunt) heads to Tokyo.
Two years later, the two meet again: Hana, now ready to love Yoon Suh. And Yoon Suh, now a ganster, wants nothing more than to protect Hana and give her a happy life. Even if it means letting her go. . .
Title: Specify Nothing
Song: Specify Nothing by The Patient and I
Disclaimer: I do not own the song or the clips used. I just edited the clips.
Details: WMV file. 22.63MB. 3:27 minutes.
Theme: A sad and remorseful look at Hana and Yoon Suh's struggles - both with themselves and with each other.
WARNING: Spoilers for the whole series!
Vidder's Note: Made over two days. I wanted a lot of angsty regreat with this one. The song reminded me of someone feeling guilty over a past that couldn't be changed, and I thought that that was what both Hana and Yoon Suh felt at different times throughout the series.
