Meme Time!
Jan. 16th, 2008 07:02 pmA meme shamelessly stolen from
kitsune714.
Comment and I will:
1. Tell you why I friended you.
2. Associate you with something - fandom, a song, a color, a photo, etc.
3. Tell you something I like about you.
4. Tell you a memory I have of you.
5. Ask something I've always wanted to know about you.
6. Tell you my favorite user pic of yours.
7. In return, you must post this in your LJ--but only if you want (which isn't really 'in return' anymore then, is it?).

Tempting question. Well, for one, I've often thought about whether making Tatta Hitotsu no Koi a real, rip-roaring tragedy at the end would have made it better. But then I thought about it some more and realized that I think I like the happy ending, but I would've preferred if it were a longer series, so that there was an extra episode or two to tie up that time jump. So much of the way it ended was so abrupt, and that bugged me. "Over Time" is another jdrama I definitely would re-write the ending to, but it's a bit of a twisty ending and if you haven't seen it, I don't want to spoil it for you. Same is true for "Kurosagi", because I needed some catharsis there, and all I got was a stupid "bang!". Not that I minded the "bang", but you know what I mean.

I have yet to watching "Over Time", but I'll take your word for it.
I personally find that a lot of dramas, over the past few years, have had very flat endings. It's like the writers just can't think of anything.
