What have you been doing?

Today? Nothing exciting and certainly nothing to write home about. But, last night I did write a fic for my Firefly 'verse-creepy Alliance stuff with Rayne and her Reaver. Might post it later, but I'm still unsure about it.

I'll post it today. And two River/Jayne drabbles. And an Invasion fic. My birthday was pretty okay, the unusal. I may just be 22, but I find birthdays aren't a big deal anymore. Nice meal, a couple of gifts, and a cake.

Don't you find it's so sad how the older you get the less magic birthdays have? It's more: 'damn, I'm getting older' or 'birthday today. Yay.' as opposed to 'oh my god I'm ---fill-in-blanks--- today!!!!111!!!!11!one!!!11!'.

Oh it's SO useful. Especially if you can't live without music like me. I've been researching all sorts of MP3 players but the thing is, with the new stuff out, I really do think that the iPod is the best bet at the moment.

I bought a 5GB one before, but it's way too small so I'm hoping the 30GB one will be okay. What are you thinking about getting?
