Fandom Hate - Insane, Free Speech, or Cruelty? You decide.
Recently, I've noticed a great amount of fandom hate going on. Not just with a certain show or character, but with many shows, characters, and even actors/actresses - from around the world. Of course, I'm all for free speech and sharing your thoughts and opinions. But, lately. . .I've found fandom hate has gotten rather nasty. Especially toward the actors/actresses and their characters. So much so that people are being fired due to the fan-hate.
Under the cut, I'll talk about some example of fandom-hate getting out of hand. I'd love to know your thoughts.

I'm all for hating characters, whole show, or storylines. I even think it's fine to think some fans in certain fandoms take things too far. But, I draw the line at hating on actors/actresses. And, I draw the line at name calling/insulting other fans. These things seem to be happening more and more, and that just saddens me.
