Upcoming Drama Happiness

Firstly, I want to give all my American f-listers a Happy 4th. I think it's become too crazy, but even I ate the hotdogs and the red, white, and blue strawberry shortcake.

Secondly, Myung Wol the Spy has several stills out - it looks like a fun drama with a bit of angst thrown in. Is it July 11th yet?

Thirdly, I'm suddenly looking forward to the weekend drama A Thousand Kisses because of the secondary cast: Kim So Eun (Boys Before Flowers) has been added as the leading lady's (Seo Young Hee) younger sister. She's also in love with Ryu Jin's character (Summer Scent, Loving You a Thousand Times). And Ryu Jin's character may or may not be the ex-husband of Seo Young Hee's character. How juicy!

Fourthly, a new Korean drama has been announced - Forget Me Not and the leading man is rumored to be Song Seung-Heon (East of Eden, My Princess). Also, the drama will be written by Kim Soo-Hyun, who wrote the weekend drama hits Life is Beautiful and Mom Has Grown Horns.

She's become hated on soompi? Wait, she doesn't kiss him - he kisses her. *sigh* That's why I don't visit boards like soompi, unless I'm looking for pictures or links - so much immaturity. It's just a show! And, we all know that those two characters won't be together in the end. Why get pissed because a boy with a crush kisses a woman; he'll end up with the girl. (And why get pissed at the woman? Double standard.)

Not only on soompi, also on youtube. All the comments are sort of like yonghwa kiss can only be reserved for park shin hye and they are hating SYH character cause they said she didn't like him why she would accept the kiss. I really don't like these fans. And some in other heartstring forum (china forum) even attack SYH look saying she looks ugly to be secondary and she must have done unsuccessful operation cause her face is not symetric. Crazy. Fans for heartstrings are much worse I reckon. They think PSH is the best ever which she's pretty good but not a goddess.

Okay, all of that? Is so immature and stupid. It makes me embarrassed to be a drama fan, it really does. People need to get over that sort of thing. Be angry for a minute and then move on. Don't bring actresses into it. Jeez.

Exactly I know.. and now I guess they want the girl to be smitten by the boys are PSH.. Everywhere in other forum wants the teacher Song Chang Ui & Yong Hwa to be fighting about her. That's their wish now. They don't care about other actress... or other character. So immature

Really immature. But, I've noticed that many people on message boards only seem to care about the main couple. I think they are heading toward having SCU's character have a thing for PSH - but, maybe because she reminds him of his college days.I refuse to go to the soompi thread for this because they are all obsessed with YH, PSH, and the two as a couple. Nothing else matters. That's what bugs me about the people - the craziness of the fans.

Oh yea.. the soompi only focus on YH, PSH and those two as couple where as dramabeans.. some of them are heading towards PSH & SCU. Anyway as long as PSH is loved by whoever, they'd love him. So they now wants YH & SCU to be fighting for PSH. Blah .. there's no love for So Yi Hyun character. I agree her character is bit too weepy but to be honest she's one of the reason why i'm checking the show. The show itself is not that great though. The quality is so far from let's say Dream High. Bit wasted.

Truthfully at the Hearstring fangirls (and boys?) are making me rethink watching the drama. It looks cute and breezy enough, but if the fans are too obsessed with a character/actor/couple, it really can turn a person off.

Heard some good news about Heartstrings today... seems like they're already pairing up SYH and the director... my only hope is that she's not hated anymore... so now fans could focus more on their own idol OTP

Crazy fan girl... it's for storyplot and the most important is she didn't like her..
Sometimes it's so annoying to have a drama with idol actor/actress where their fans are just nuts

You know what.. no wonder the rating is like so bad...
I think only the overseas fans are just crazy.. Im not sure how crazy is the korean fans becuase the rating is not that high in there anymore which means not much people are watching the show
