Heads Up To Gloria Fans:

For those of my f-list (or those passing by) who are watching Gloria (and watching them RAW), episode 32 will not air on Saturday. It'll air on Sunday instead. According to the MBC site, and translated by the folks at soompi, MBC is airing the Asian Games on Saturday night.


Sadly, I think this could lead to a ratings drop. Last week episode 31 aired on Sunday, and nothing aired on Saturday. Episode 30's ratings were in the 10% and episode 31's ratings were in the 8% range. People tend to forget the show is airing for just one day(or think it isn't airing at all) when stations preempt it for something else.

Ugh, this sucks. Whyyyy? i just hope they won't cut down ep numbers, it would screw with the pacing.

I guess MBC has the rights to air these things, and maybe it brings them ratings.


I doubt the episode number will be cut because the episodes will still be even - episode 32 on Sunday, eps 33/34 next week, 35/36 the week after, 37/38, 39/40, 41/42, 43/44, 45/46, 47/48, 49/50. I know that for the last three shows before Gloria, the ratings weren't that great and none of their episode numbers were cut. Plus, the online fan base seems fairly strong.
