Leave me a comment saying "Contagious, Yoda's grammar is". I'll respond by asking you five questions so I can get to know you better. Update your journal with the answers to the questions. Include this explanation in the post and offer to ask other people questions.
rawthorne asked:
1) What’s your favorite movie of all time and why?
This is beyond difficult, simply because there are so many movies that I adore. And there are many movies that I find to be favorites, despite the fact that they may or may not be very good. I would have to say that I do have a huge soft spot for The Little Mermaid. I know it’s not exactly one of the “greats”, but it was my favorite Disney film growing up and I own the DVD today. I see watch it, and yes, it has some odd things in it and the idea of a woman selling her voice for a man is very dated, but. . .the fish have a musical number!
2) Would you rather star in a sitcom, a reality show, a police drama, a legal drama, or a medical drama? Or something else? Why?
I’d have to go with a family/home drama. They are usually also dubbed ‘human’ dramas and deal with a large family, their extended friends/family, and day-to-day issues such as marriage, work related issues (sexism, racism, etc) while also being fun and heartwarming. In Korea they are usually twenty-four to fifty+ episodes and in Japan they are usually 13 episodes. I like them, because they tend to have tight writing, good actors, and fun characters. Plus – the storylines can be heartbreaking for three episodes, and then switch to downright insane for the next story arc.
3) Would you rather spend the rest of your life without a significant other, or would you rather have a partner who is extremely difficult?
I would have to go for a life without a significant other. I think someone who is extremely difficult would be horrible. Simply because in the end, you’d be miserable. And, even if I don’t have a significant other, that doesn’t mean I have to be lonely.
4) If your life was a song, what would the title be?
Long Distance. Just because I feel like I’ve come a long way. But, I also know I still have a long way to go. (I know, I know, it’s not imaginative at all.)
5) If someone offered you a million dollars for a night of sex, would you do it? Would it
matter if the person were good looking or not?
No. It wouldn’t matter if the person was ugly or beautiful. I still wouldn’t sleep with them. Not because a million isn’t enough or because I have some high standards. But, because I just cannot see myself sleeping with someone for money. I just think it’s a little too weird for me.
