Shibatora's SP

I just woke up to some awesome news. One of my favorite dramas from summer is getting a Sp this spring:


The popular Fuji TV drama series "Shibatora," which starred Teppei Koike as a baby-faced cop working in the juvenile division, will be returning to television. During a DVD release event on Monday, it was announced that a two-hour special is scheduled to air sometime this spring.

Filming started on Tuesday. Naohito Fujiki, Miki Maya, and Suzuka Ohgo are among the returning cast members. - Tokyograph

SOSOSOSOSOOOOOOO GLAD that there will be a SP!!! Maybe Mizuki will get a happier ending! MAYBE THEY'LL BRING SOME OF THE STUDENTS BACK! XO

I hope Mizuki gets a happy ending. I'd hate for her to end up with just a cameo. It's supposed to be two hours, so without ads that should be about 1 and 30 minutes or so. I do hope they also bring back the students that were helped, even if just for a few minutes at some point. I wonder what the SP will be about. . .

Dude, if it's just a cameo, then I'd die. I'm guessing aka hoping and wishing that it might have to do with Mizuki and her being in jail/prison? Since it ended that way, the SP could be about what has happened to her since then?

An hour and 30 minutes is about 2 episodes worth, so something remotely good has to happen. Hopefully, it's all good. XD (And yeah, I think I'd squeal to see all of the main students to just randomly pop up, even the one with the glasses and the music guy, since they didn't have individual episodes themselves. XD)

I'm with you. More than anything I do not want Mizuki to be reduced to a cameo or even a twenty minute role. I'm not totally sure what the storyline could be about, but she just has to be involved somehow.


I'd love for the students that were helped to just randomly pop up, even if they're just out shopping and run into the gang. Maybe the SP could be about their graduation? Oh, I also want the street gang, HS, to make a cameo - especially their leader.

I guess we'll just have to wait for more information? Sadly, since it will probably be a while until we get any. x_x The blog for the drama has been updated though, with new entries and pictures! This one is from the second. Suzuka has shorter hair now! It looks so cute, and everyone looks awesome with each other. XD Even Daisuke-san in the background.

It'd be cool to see them randomly shopping. XD Or maybe it could show mini-continuations of them? Like Rika's relationship with her mom and Gakuto in the prison. But then that might be too long? D:) A graduation would be awesome! And Helter Skelter again! Especially their leader, omg. That would be the best, seriously.

I'm guessing that since it is a spring SP, there will be more info next month or so. Shuzuka's hair is cute. :) I noticed a lot of the younger girls are wearing it short lately. And, I love that Daisuke is just sort of in the background doing the 'V' sign.


Helter Sketler's cute leader needs to show up. I want that and my OTP. That's really it. Anything else is bonus.

Let's hope so! :3 I can't wait for more information though, or even general information about it. And yeah, the short hair is nice. It's not the typical long, straight or curly hair that most girls have (like she did before! XD)

He was so cute! In the rugged, kind of intimidating but probably really sweet way. XD Him + OTP = heaven.

I've been obsessively checking the blog every day and there's new pictures! Here. ^^ There's one of Suzuka/Mizuki and Fujiki Naohito/Kojiro and then Maya Miki/Chiba-san and that goofy police officer. XD Also, I see Daito Shunsuke and Kawano Naoki, two of the students that they helped in the drama, so eee! :3
