Sponsored+ Account, Really an Upgrade?

I got one of those Sponsored+ Account. I'm just testing it out, but so far it is kind of annoying. Sure, I get more user pics and that is nice. But, my layout is all screwed up and I can't get my header to go to the right. Plus, the ads are annoying.
