Oct. 3rd, 2005 10:51 pm9/30 Saw Serenity opening day-loved it.
10/1 Start reading the Serenity media tie in novel, wanting hints of Rayne. Start looking for Serenity soundtrack. Grandparents and great-uncle Bert and great-aunt Rose get into a car accident at 8:30 at night. Go to hospital and still till 3 in the morning. Aunt Rose dead. Others all ok.
10/2 Grandparents 58th ann. Go searching for Serenity soundtrack and for a movie that's only made 10.1 million, the soundtrack is sold out at local Sam Goody's, Best Buy, Barnes and Noble, and two Wal-marts. Get call saying Grandfather going back to hospital-they found something on his lung. Turns out to be unsure, could be cancer. They'll know more later this week.
