I HATE DARLTON SO MUCH RIGHT NOW.

(haven't watched the episode as am behind but read about it).

did they at least get to meet each other again before dying an ignonimous death?!??

I mean it's not like thtey've been around BEING AWESOME SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE SHOW.

They met at the end of last week's episode. I missed the first thirty minutes, so I'm not sure if they really had a chance to talk. I just know that when I tuned in they were in the sub. Hurley found a bomb in Jack's booksack - from non!Locke. Sayid ran to the other side of the sub and it exploded. (That's the third time someone's exploded on this show!) The explosion set an echo through the sub and Frank was drained. (I guess, we don't see him again)

Sun was stuck behind a shelf. So, Jack, Sawyer, and Jin tried to free her. But, since the sub was falling apart, Sawyer got hit on the head. Jin told Jack to bring Sawyer up and he's free Sun himself. (Hurley had already taken a wounded Kate up). Jin freed Sun, but it turned out that she was still suck because she was pinned down by part of the sub. Sun kept telling Jin to leave her, but he refused to be without her again.

They exchanged I love yous and they kissed. They held hands and drowned together. Leaving me heartbroken (aside from Claire/Charlie they were my OTP of this show) and leaving their daughter an orphan.


It just sucks, because Kate (whom I hate is so going to live.) I get the feeling Jack will take Jacob's place. Sawyer and Kate will live and ride off into the sunset. And, maybe Hurley will live too. Everyone else: Ben, Claire, Miles. . .I can see them being asshats and killing. :(

that...sucks on so many levels. I mean I'm reallly glad they died together...but UGHghhh I just can't believe they're dead. and I am frelling FUROUS that Sayid is dead:(:(

I actually hate that this show kills everyone I love. There are only so many characters left: Jack, Sawyer, Kate, Hurley, Claire, Ben, Richard, and Miles. Personally, I do think Jack will take Jacob's place. I'm actually starting to wonder if Claire or Sawyer won't take fake!Locke's place. . .

I've never really loved Sayid, but I feel badly he died so quickly. It's like his death doesn't really register because he just ran and then the bomb exploded. The huge and emotional deaths really were Jin and Sun. Not since Charlie (who also drowned) has a LOST death really struck me as emotional and solid.

Really though! Its like they're just picking all the characters off, one by one. I HATE Kate with every fiber of my being and I just know she's going to be around until the bitter end, unlike a heap of other characters much more deserving of screen time. Seriously! Bitch got shot in the chest and somehow managed to survive a bomb explosion and a swim to the surface. Her character pisses me of an immeasurable amount! She's ALWAYS THERE and she never ever really does anything except trick people and get in the way.

I just don't understand why they had to kill off Sun and Jin... I guess it might become clear later on but it was just seemed sort of random. Its like yeah, let's just kill off these three main characters in one fell swoop. BAM! No more Sun, Jin or Sayid.

I suppose they had to create more screen time for their precious Kate somehow... Ugh.

If we don't at least get some Charlie/Claire in the flash sideways world I am hunting Darlton down and punching them both in the face.

I also HATE Kate so much. Never have I hated a character more. She's completely useless and just horrible. Yet, I know that if anyone will live, it will be her.

I get Entertainment Weekly and there was an article this week about the deaths. Basically, they did it to prove "nobody is safe" - which is the same excuse they give after every death. *rollseyes*

My dream is that C/C get happiness in the sideways world. (And that in this world Claire gets back to Aaron.)
