Rave, Strange, Header, Whatever

In other news, I'm kind of, sort of, writing a novel. It's in the planning stages, but I'm kind of doing it and it feels pretty great. I'm really looking forward to writing my own stuff, with my own characters and the like.
And on a: 'Let's get real, let's get serious' note...what is up with companies and networks taking videos off of You tube? I heard about this, and while I think they have every right to protect what they've made, I also would think they'd be happy if people are posting little bits of video. Fan trading and sites like that are how fans get introuduced to new shows, movies, bands, etc. A debate for another day.
On a fangirl note: My mom is actually really looking forward to X-Men: The Last Stand. She asked me when it was coming out. Now, she saw X2 and all, but I was surprised that she's actually really looking forward to the new movie. Guess she doesn't have a lot going on. Personally, I'm not looking forward to it. I like character development and one-liners. I don't want to spend two hours watching: fight scene, fight scene, witty remarks, fight scene, sexual tenison, fight scene, witty remarks, fight scene, big fight scene, witty remarks, sexual tenison solved, the end. No, I don't like that at all. And sadly, from what I can gather that is what X3 is. :(
Finally, my birthday (the big 2-2) is fourteen days away!
