Question: Is d-addicts and dramawiki down?

Is it just me or is www.d-addicts.com and dramawiki down? It seems to have been down (domain expired) for two or three days now. According to some people, they can see it, but I just get a page saying that the domain is expired. Is it just me or. . .?
