You've gotten all my favorites on there so the only other ones I'd rec are (1) Vic Zhou's Silence: it is beautifully shot, the Korean lead actress is amazing, Vic is good, and it's one of thoe doomed love stories I love. It does get very angsty and the middle part can get a bit repetitive but it's a gorgeous gorgeous drama (see icon). And (2) Da Ren Wu (aka Big Shot), a mainland wuxia drama about a girl who dreams of a legendary wuxia hero but get married to a guy she is not impressed by only to slowly realize he might be much more awesome than her ideal. Only...he might not be him because he has memory lapses and has different personality from her betrothed. It's delicious and delightful.
