Glad you liked Shadow/Rayne (but then, you're a fan of theirs. ) As for Jay/Serra, I've talked about his crush, but I wanted to show it-I think they would be very flirting and funny together, of course they'd have angst; it would be like Jayne/Inara (how freaky!). Darn, the Cobb kids and the Reynolds kids are so fond of one another. lol.

The last piece was one of my favorite to write (and one of the hardest). Rayne is truly a tragic figure and I just love it.
